New Resources Consulting to Showcase Education Microsoft SharePoint Site
NRC to demonstrate product at ICE Annual Conference on February 24-27, 2009
New Resources Consulting will demonstrate its successfully launched education Microsoft SharePoint site at the Illinois Computing Educators Conference (ICE): “Connecting to the World of Tomorrow” to be held at the Pheasant Run Resort and Conference Center in St. Charles, Illinois on February 24-27.
Displayed in Booth 210, the site features Microsoft SharePoint as a portal to deliver curriculum, instruction and resources. The site demonstrates the powerful online program’s use as a communication and collaboration tool at the district, school and classroom levels.
“As a Microsoft gold certified partner, NRC leverages our close working relationship with Microsoft to deliver dynamic technology solutions for educational institutions,” said Julie Melbye, Vice President – Microsoft Practice. “NRC understands the vision of educators, which enables us to help them align technologies to benefit their final product, our classrooms.”
In addition to the demonstration, the booth will feature information on NRC’s other areas of expertise, including infrastructure optimization, custom developed applications, project management and PeopleSoft applications, as well as a raffle for a Brainstorm gift card.
Previously named the Illinois Technology Conference for Educators (ILTCE), the ICE conference includes more than 3,000 teachers and administrators from elementary through higher educational organizations.
“NRC is proud to support the ICE annual conference,” said Mark Grosskopf, President, NRC. “Our values significantly align with their mission – to lead the educational community in enhancing learning through technology,”
