New Resources Consulting Sponsors PMI NC Piedmont Triad Chapter Meeting

March 15, 2016

New Resources Consulting (NRC) continues to provide its support to the NC Project Management Institute (PMI) Piedmont Triad Chapter through its Winston-Salem, NC regional office.  The PMI NC Piedmont Triad Chapter advances and promotes the practice and profession of Project Management among its Chapter members and throughout the Piedmont Triad; supported through the instillation of globally recognized standards, and professional development opportunities.

The organization’s March meeting, sponsored by NRC, was held on March 14th at the Deep River Convention Center in Greensboro, North Carolina with more than seventy (70) people in attendance.

During the session, leadership of the Chapter recognized NRC not only as an overall creditable source of expertise in Project Management, but as a valued partner of the Piedmont Triad PMI chapter.

“NRC is tonight’s sponsor, but we see them as a true long-term partner,” said David Neininger, Chapter President.  In addition to sponsorship, NRC has been vital in assisting the Chapter to establish best practices.

The Chapter’s highlighted evening event was an interactive discussion led by Wake Forest Baptist Health’s Chris Downs, Associate Vice President and Kelly Burkett, Program Manager, regarding their experience and lessons learned with building an Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and Project Management Community of Practice (PMcoP).
