New Resources Consulting Named Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s ‘Top Workplace’ for Seventh Consecutive Year

May 01, 2017

New Resources Consulting, a leading management and technology firm, is proud to be named as Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s ‘Top Workplace,’ an award NRC has won for seven consecutive years.  Award winners were recognized at a breakfast on April 28th at the Wisconsin Center.

Nearly 1,350 organizations throughout the region were nominated or contacted during the 2017 selection process. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, in collaboration with its survey partner WorkplaceDynamics, named 150 companies as Top Workplaces.

Of the 150 employers on this year's prestigious list, NRC is one of only 19 organizations who have made the list for seven years.

The Top Workplaces award recipients were based solely on the results of direct employee surveys.  These surveys assessed employees' views on overall organizational health, their own position and responsibilities, as well as employee engagement.  Workplaces are grouped into size bands — large, midsize and small — based on the number of employees.

“It is an honor for New Resources Consulting to once again be recognized as a Top Workplace,” said Mark Grosskopf, President and CEO, New Resources Consulting.  “The recognition reinforces our continued commitment to our value statement – fostering a culture that rewards honesty, loyalty, mutual respect, and a strong work ethic; empowering employees to be innovative and collaborative for both individual fulfillment and client success.”
