Inflection Point Solutions Makes Strategic New Hires

Inflection Point Solutions, a New Resources Company, continues to expand its solution offerings with the strategic hiring of multiple key personnel – all with extensive water and wastewater backgrounds.

Consulting Services.

  • John Guilfoyle brings more than twenty (20) years of expertise in strategy, information technology, infrastructure management, and business process optimization across a variety of public and private sector industries, including government agencies, cities, and utilities. In his new role as IPS Vice President of Consulting, John will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow IPS’s consulting practice and deliver solution offerings for clients nationwide.
  • For more than twenty (20) years, Jennifer Jones has provided IT operational and project management expertise leading client-focused teams to deliver complex technology solutions. In her new role, Jennifer will apply her experience as a project manager, delivery manager, trainer, and implementation manager to further serve IPS clients.

Utility Technology Executive.

  • Vicki Evans is the former Division Director, Technology Program Office for Seattle Public Utilities, WA. Vicki has more than twenty (20) years served in a variety of roles within local government and public utility organizations. In her new role, Vicki will utilize her direct, applicable experience as a utility technology leader to assist clients realize their IT goals and objectives.

Asset Management Practice Lead.

  • Ty Lewis comes to IPS with ten (10) years of experience in business and data analytics, strategy development and execution, project management and decision support services. In his new role, Ty will collaborate with clients to identify and analyze issues impacting organizations, propose business requirements and functional changes, and apply technology and/or resources as necessary.
