PeopleSoft Technical Upgrade/Conversion Lead
New Resources Consulting is looking for a PeopleSoft Technical Upgrade/Conversion Lead for a project located in central Illinois Candidate must have at least 2 upgrades to 9.X (9.0 or 9.1 as the actual hands on conversion lead) HCM and/or FSCM. SQL Server experience a must, DB2 experience a plus, platform conversion experience a plus. Excellent communication skills required.
Skills Needed:

· Develop/Define/Refine Technical Conversion Strategy/Process
-Database Copies/Transfers
-Upgrade Conversion
· Develop, Test and Maintain Conversion Scripts
· Perform Initial to Establish Initial Development/Test Databases
· Perform Subsequent Test Conversions
-Correct Conversion Errors
-Tune Process for Final Conversion
-Refresh Data for Testing
· Assist Functional/Development Teams Troubleshoot and Resolve Conversion Issues/Update Scripts as Required
· Develop Final Conversion Plan
· Provide 9.1 Knowledge/Design Assistance/Support for Technical Development Teams
· Assist Project Management with Technical Project Plans
· Assist Client System, Network, Database, and PeopleSoft Application Administrators with design, installation and configuration of the Wintel/SQL Server PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
· Assist with Active Directory/LDAP Integration Design and Configuration
· Validate PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Installation and Environment Configuration
· Application Maintenance (Maintenance Packs, Fixes, Patches, etc. if required)
· Assist with the design and development of process schedules/batch schedules, interfaces, scripts, etc. to support scheduled and adhoc process requests
· Application Security, Tuning and Troubleshooting
· Assist Conversion and Development teams with environment and/or database copies, object promotion and change management, backups
· Assist in the Modification of Administration, Support and Disaster Recovery Plans as Required
· Environment / Configuration Documentation
