PeopleSoft HCM Technical Developer
New Resources Consulting is searching for a PeopleSoft HCM Technical Consultant for an immediate project in Central Illinois.
Skills Needed:
-HCM 9.x, Tools 8.47+ (preferably some 9.1/Tools 8.5 experience)
Module experience (in priority order):
· Time and Labor ( preferably including experience with Time Admin and Rules)
· Payroll
· HR
· Base Benefits
Tools experience (no particular order):
· Application Engine
· PeopleCode
· Integration Broker
· App Designer
· SQL
Experience working in a SQL Server/Wintel environment supporting:
· Batch Processing/Interfaces/Etc.
o Schedules
o Scripting
o File Movement and Manipulation
o Run Controls
o Etc.
Superior communication skills needed with proven success in communicating strategies to executive HR management. This position requires the ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community.
