PeopleSoft HCM Techncial Senior Consultant
New Resources Consulting is searching for a PeopleSoft Technical HCM Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions Practice as a salaried employee.
Skills Needed:
- Significant hands-on project experience with performing design, analysis, development, implementation, integration and maintenance of on-line and batch solutions in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.x.
- Capable of using PeopleSoft technologies to develop solutions, including but not limited to Application Messaging, Component Interfaces, PeopleCode, SQL and SQR.
- Experience integrating third party systems with PeopleSoft HCM, using PeopleSoft Application Messaging and/or custom developed integrations.
- Strong understanding of business processes and data structures for core HR, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft supported RDBMs with regards to implementation and ongoing support. DB Administration and SQL tuning both are a plus.
- Experience in utilizing the PeopleSoft recommended method(s) for applying Maintenance Packs, Bundles, Updates, and Fixes.
- Proven background with implementations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Superior communication skills needed with proven success in communicating strategies to executive management. This position requires the ability to interact effectively with non-technical, functional user community.
- Possess knowledge of the PeopleSoft architecture - specifically each component/tier and how each component/tier is configured to work with the other components/tier, as well as basic knowledge of the system administration concepts.
- Understanding of PeopleTools (page/component) and application (data/process) security.
- Experience developing workflow for PeopleSoft Applications is a plus.
