Background

The client is a mid-size sewage treatment facility (250 Employees) servicing 28 communities in Milwaukee County. They needed an experienced project manager to work with their staff and the software implementers for the successful delivery of this project.

Challenge

The client was moving to an ERP based solution that included the latest advances in information technology to improve organization-wide decision support. Prior to this endeavor, most of the Client’s requirements were completed through in-house custom development.
